You are needed at Grace! As a masterpiece created by God, you will receive personalized life coaching to find your unique purpose. You will be equipped to move from surviving to thriving as you make a significant contribution through ministry.​

​The Equipping Ministry exists to exemplify and teach Grace Community Church’s members that EVERY member is a Minister and EVERY ministry matters to God.  We partner with each person to help them find their S.H.A.P.E. for ministry.

S-Spiritual Gifts: What am I gifted by God to do?

H-Heart: What passions do I have?

A-Abilities: What do I naturally do better than others?

P-Personality: How has God wired me?

E-Experiences: Where have I been and what have I learned?

 The process begins with Class 301-Finding Your Fit and is offered at least 4 times each year.

 Author Max Lucado says “Your Designer couples the ‘want to’ with the ‘be able to’.  When this happens, we find our “sweet spot” in ministry.
