AUDITION INFORMATION
Thanks for considering being a part of our Grace Community Worship Team! We truly believe this is vital Kingdom work that we get to take part in. If you’ve already filled out the Service Form, we’ll be in contact with you about further steps. If you have not, please fill out that form and we’ll contact you about scheduling a time to audition. Please refer to the information below for our audition process. We are so glad you want to get involved and serve with us!
AUDITION MUSIC
Below you will find audition information for your specific instrument.
VOCALISTS
Male vocalists will audition with the song "Gratitude" by Brandon Lake and female vocalists will sing "In Jesus Name (God of Possible)" by Katy Nichole. You'll also be asked to sing harmony on a "surprise" song (we promise you'll know it). Proficiency with singing harmony is required. Click below for mp3s, sheet music, and chord charts. ELECTRIC GUITAR
Electric guitar players will need to supply their own pedal board and guitar. Electric players will audition with the songs "Take You at Your Word" by Cody Carnes and "Who You Say I Am" by Hillsong Worship. Click below for mp3s and chord charts.
ACOUSTIC GUITAR
Acoustic players are free to use their own gear (guitar, necessary pedals, cables, etc.), but we have a very nice Tylor 814ce that you are welcome to use. Acoustic players will audition with the songs "Who You Say I Am" by Hillsong Worship and "Take You at Your Word" by Cody Carnes. Click below for mp3s and chord charts.
KEYS
We provide keyboards for our players. You are welcome to bring your own if you are more comfortable with it (we will need to approve it). Keys players will audition with the song "You Make Me Brave" by Bethel. Click below for mp3s, sheet music, and chord charts.
DRUMS
Drum kit provided, but feel free to bring your own sticks. Drummers will audition with the songs "Take You At Your Word" by Cody Carnes and "This is My Song" by North Point. Click below for mp3s and chord charts.
BASS GUITAR
Bass players are welcome to use their own gear (guitar, pedal board, cables, etc.), but we provide a sans amp and cables. Bass players will audition with the songs "Reckless Love" by Bethel and "Graves into Gardens" by Cory Asbury. Click below for mp3s and chord charts.
