God’s desire (and ours) is to see you grow in your ministry and in your Christian walk.  Your personal worship life is a top priority for us. The 501 leadership and ministry teams pray for our entire worship community, including you, that we all keep growing in our personal connection with God. We believe in worshipping the Lord not just on Sundays, but throughout the week. That's why we want to equip you with tools like daily devotionals or worship playlists to enrich your personal worship journey. Here are some ways to start:

  • Make scripture reading & prayer a daily part of your life.  Anything that you do daily, you improve on.  Spending time with God on a daily basis is a prerequisite for being a good worshiper. This should include daily time in the Bible. I would suggest that you read a Psalm and a Proverb every day.  

  • Understand how to worship.  Psalms 100:4 says, "I will enter His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise." God likes it when we come before Him with singing.  When we sing songs that talk directly to God we are beginning the progression toward worshipping Him.  This helps everyone focus on why they really came to church in the first place, that is to meet God.  That is a relationship worth having!  

  • Have personal worship times.  Find your own space and sing some songs to God!  There are great worship bands out there, called and anointed by God to lead His people into worship. God is birthing great songs around the world. There has never been a better time to learn worship songs.  Find the songs that God’s Spirit is resting on and that will bless you in your time of need. Listen to his Holy Spirit!

 

The Worship Ministry at Grace

Here at Grace Community Church, we strive to cultivate lifelong worshipers and exalt God through real, authentic, and relevant worship experiences every Sunday. We're looking for talented vocalists and instrumentalists with a heart to lead to join our growing team!

 

VOCALISTS

We are seeking talented vocalists to join our growing worship ministry team. If you possess a strong vocal ability and a fervent desire to lead others in heartfelt praise and worship, we encourage you to apply.

INSTRUMENTALISTS

Do you play an instrument? Serve with our band! We require an audition for all musicians who play with us during Sunday services. Skilled musicians are needed to fill positions for drummer, electric guitar, bass, keys, and acoustic guitar.

Choir

No experience is needed; you just need a love for singing and a desire to worship God with all you have and share your energy with our worship community. We're looking for fun, engaged singers to join our team and lift spirits on stage!

Join the choir and raise your voice! Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6 PM in room 105. Here's a breakdown of our schedule:

  • Fall Season: Starts first Wednesday of September, runs through the Christmas service in December.
  • Spring Season: Begins the second Wednesday of January and continues through the Easter service.
  • Summer Break: We take a break during the summer months.
